My name is Juanita Sanders and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner.
I have worked in traditional clinical settings as a nurse and nurse practitioner for 25+ years combined. Often I found that the traditional and conventional methods were not always helpful. For many of us who struggle with metabolic health such as Obesity, PCOS/PMOS, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension, Perimenopause and Menopause the regular "stuff" just doesn't cut it or we have tried it all and we feel horrible. My goal for clients is to help them find what does work so I offer alternative and unconventional methods to help reach their goals.
